If you are not satisfied with your order within the first 7 days of receiving your products,
- Contact us and attached photos/videos of the product (in case of faulty or damaged products).
- Fill out this returns form
- Print the return form
- Pack the product in like-new condition and enclose a copy of the return form
- Book a shipping service with tracking number.
We will gladly accept it for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 7 business from the delivery of the returned product.
Please include the purchaser's name and order number with your returned or exchanged product. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number.
If you received your item as a gift, please include the order number, the name or email of the person who ordered the gift.
