Product Warranty

GRYPHON products are warranted to be free of defect in materials or workmanship from the day they ship.

Warranty is valid only with the order number and matching email address. The purchase of any GRYPHON products via another vendor (retailer, web-shop) will not under any circumstances be covered by our warranty policy.

To make a warranty claim, or if your shipment arrived damaged or defective, please fill out our warranty claims form for a quick resolution.

Submit Claim

Hockey Sticks - 6 month warranty

Our warranty for hockey sticks does not extend to damage from misuse, abuse, excessive or long-term usage. GRYPHON reserves the right to assess if the damage was caused by a material or workmanship defect.

Hockey stick warranty does not cover paint chips, scratches, rattle sounds, vibrations or loose grips. If your warranty claim mention one of the issues above we can request photos/videos to provide an assessment and a resolution.

If you break your hockey stick for any reason within 6 month from the date they ship, our stick replacement program entitles you to 50% discount off the current retail price of a replacement for the same hockey stick. The offer is not valid with discontinued product.

Bags & Protective Gear - 3 month warranty

Our warranty for bags and protective gear (Gloves, Shinguards) is valid only in a normal usage. Protective gear prevents soft tissues injuries from contact with turf and reduce the impact with hockey sticks and balls which may reduce the risks (but won't prevent ) of serious fractures. Big impact on the protective gear may result in the break of the protective gear. Our warranty does not extend to damages resulting from high intensity impact.

 


Return & Exchange Policy

At GRYPHON, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email info@gryphonhockey.com with your order details. We will provide you with further instructions and a return form to complete the process.

Return Shipping

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on our part, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
  • Other Returns: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. Include photos or videos that clearly show the issue, along with a detailed description. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including arranging a return or exchange if necessary.

Processing Your Return

  • Returns and Exchanges: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of the return’s delivery to our facility. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

DOMESTIC

We ship via Australia Post to locations within Australia. Orders are processed within one or two business days.
Typically Standard shipping 3-5 business days. Tracking number is provided upon shipping confirmation email.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship via FedEx. Orders are processed within one or two business days.
Typically Standard shipping 5-7 business days. Tracking number is provided upon shipping confirmation email.
