Ambassador Partnership Agreement - Terms and Conditions 2024
1) By accepting this ambassador agreement you agree to represent the brand GRYPHON to the best of your ability throughout the duration of this partnership. You are bound to the Terms and Conditions of this partnership from the moment of submitting this Order / Acceptance form through to 31/12/2024. Acceptance of this partnership includes a binding agreement between you, the "Ambassador" and GRYPHON. The partnership is a two-way beneficial deal whereby we supply you with exclusive prices and advantages on GRYPHON gear and you actively and honestly promote the GRYPHON brand by playing and representing the brand to the best of your ability.
2) You agree to solely use core GRYPHON gear acquired, at all times, especially for all training, coaching and playing for the duration of this partnership. Core GRYPHON gear is hockey sticks, bags & protective gloves.
3) GRYPHON supply you the following benefits for your personal use only. • Discounted equipment subject to the GRYPHON Ambassador offer • The ability to redeem your Ambassador benefits through https://gryphonhockey.com.au/ only (Subject to Ambassador offer)
4) Your GRYPHON ambassador discount is for your personal use only. We ask you to not use your account to order gear for anyone other than yourself. For any special request contact us and we'll do our best to help you.
5) In the event that any of your supplied equipment breaks, fails or wears out then it will be replaced where appropriate after inspection. You must immediately notify us of the issue by email at info@gryphonhockey.com and include photos and a description of the issue. We will then advise the process for replacement. Please note you will need to return the item after contacting us in order to receive a replacement product, so do not throw away the item. We will not replace any "Stolen" or "Lost" equipment free of charge. You will need to buy replacements so please take care of your equipment!
6) You must have a complete set of visible labels on your stick at all times and promote GRYPHON to the best of your ability amongst fellow players and colleagues.
7) You agree to allow GRYPHON to use your name, image and photographs of yourself in advertising and promotion as a user and endorser of GRYPHON products. This includes but not limited to print and digital media as well as on the https://gryphonhockey.com.au/ website.
8) In regards to social media, you are encouraged to "Like", "Follow", "Subscribe" and "Endorse” @GryphonHockey_ANZ on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and @Gryphonhockey_Life on Instagram as this is a great way for you to promote your sponsor to your fellow players and colleagues. We also request that you "repost” GRYPHON posts to actively promote the brand amongst your followers and friends. You are a visual elite athlete who is influential.
9) You agree for the information submitted in this order form to be passed on to the CULTOR PTY LTD as the owner company for GRYPHON. You will also be added to the GRYPHON mailing list, to share special news from time to time during the season. Unsubscribing from the GRYPHON Newsletter creates the risk of missing information in regard to your Ambassador role and renewal.
10) The Ambassador will not under any circumstances use or wear another brand of hockey equipment considered as a core product in point 2. If the player breaches any terms and conditions of this agreement, the player will reimburse GRYPHON for any products supplied at the recommended retail price.
11) You also acknowledge that GRYPHON reserves the right to terminate or revise this agreement should you breach any terms and conditions of this agreement or if your representative status changes.
12) You also acknowledge that GRYPHON reserves the right to terminate or revise this agreement if no equipment has been supplied/purchased within 3 months of the ambassador offer being sent.
To ensure timely delivery of your package, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and completely.
Shipping charges may vary based on package weight. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.
For Domestic Australia: Orders are shipped via Australia Post. For International: Orders are shipped via DHL.
Shipping rates and delivery times depend on package weight and destination country.
Standard Domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after order processing and payment verification.
Standard international shipping generally takes 5-10 business days after order processing and payment verification. International shipments require customs clearance, which may affect delivery times.
International recipients may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees based on their country's regulations. GRYPHON is not responsible for these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for tax information.
Please note that customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Refusal of a shipment due to import fees will result in deductions from the refund, including original and return shipping costs.
